This policy explains how Compute for Equity ("we") collects and processes personal data when you join our waitlist or contact us. We are pre-incorporation; on incorporation in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) this policy will be updated with the registered entity as data controller.

1. Data we collect

You provide: name (optional), email address, and your role (startup, energy/datacenter, investor, other).
Collected automatically: your preferred language, IP address, and browser user-agent, recorded with the waitlist entry for security and anti-abuse.

2. Why we process it (legal basis)

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, solely to contact you about Compute for Equity — early access, partnership and investor updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Where it is stored

Waitlist entries are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including transport encryption and access controls.

4. Retention

We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose above.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. UAE PDPL or EU GDPR) you may have additional rights, including to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
